Airbotics Talent are excited to partner with Windracers in the growth of their UAV Operator, Regulatory, Logistics and Test teams.

The Roles
Windracers are offering the unique opportunity for UAV Pilots with a background or interest in Logistics, Regulatory Compliance and Test Evaluation (or vice versa) to take on a multi-disciplinary role.
Each of the four available roles will encompass pre-flight planning, flight operations, data collection, UAV maintenance and repairs, documentation and training and development plus role specific requirements listed below.
Essential Requirements (all roles)
• A passion for aviation technology
• Experience in drone piloting and/or relevant experience in logistics, regulatory compliance or test evaluation and a willingness to operate UAVs
• Right to work in the UK
• The ability to spend time away from home in the field, both domestically or internationally, for up to 4 weeks at a time
Drone Pilot & Regulatory Operative Requirements
• Prior experience or interest working with regulatory compliance
• A methodical and resilient mindset
• Understanding of the following preferred but not essential - local and international regulatory frameworks (CAP722, CAP1616, SORA), EASA regulations, writing of Operating Safety Cases.
Drone Pilot & Logistics Operative Requirements
• A clean UK C1, D1 and D1E driving licence
• Logistics coordination experience, moving and removals, military or comparable background
• Experience within procurement, inventory management, transportation or driving preferred but not essential
Drone Pilot & Test & Evaluation Operative Requirements
• Prior experience or interest with UAV assessments, test planning and execution
• Understanding of UAV systems, avionics, and flight control systems preferred but not essential
